OH, HAI THERE! I'M EMCEE AND IT IS MY PLEASURE TO MEET YOU. I'VE BEEN DOING THIS FOR NEARLY 7-8 YEARS SO I KNOW WHAT TO DO. YOU NEED TO TALK TO ME? HIT ME UP AT PM AND I'LL TRY TO GET BACK TO YOU.
[/i] Laurel’s head jerked back to the center of the room. ”Uh, yes, sir. Different blood types have different antigens and antibodies. For instance, an Person with the blood type A has A antigens and B antibodies, which means it reacts badly to B blood. If you put a B sample with the questioned blood type, the blood will coagulate as the antibodies attack the unwanted blood.” The teacher just looked at her, stunned that she knew what he was talking about for the past five minutes. ”Yes, thank you, Laurel.” The bell interrupted him, as the class scurried to get their stuff together and rush out of the room. As did Laurel. She put her things in her bag and rushed out of the room, not looking back.

Laurel scurried down the hall, around people, her blonde curls bouncing behind her as she did. She had one destination on her mind – the auditorium. It was always free during her lunch, and she needed to escape in some way, the only way she knew possible – dance. She has so much pent up emotion that she had to get off her chest. She misses being able to talk to her friends, but fears that they will neglect her when they find out what happened – she fears that she will be disowned by her family when they find out what happened – and she hates herself for allowing this to happen. Laurel doesn’t know what to do anymore.
The cool air of the auditorium hit Laurel like a ton of bricks as she opened the door to the stage. Flipping on the work lights, the stage lit up, sending the darkness to the deep corners of the auditorium. She walked to the front of the stage and put her things down. She walked back upstage to center and began to stretch, letting loose all of her worries as she let loose the muscles of her body. She stood back up and began to work on her improvisation. She absolutely could just make up choreography for hours on and, so that’s exactly what Laurel did. Laurel just let her dancing take her away from all of the worries surrounding her life.
