Paige glanced up at the clock and sighed a bit, she kinda wished she could be home right now in her dance studio in her basement. Yes, this was what she wanted. She wanted friends, she wanted to go to school, it was just a bit hard, and she didn't know how to make friends. She wished friends just magically fell on top of you. Figuratively speaking of course, but of course that didn't happen. No one told her how so she had to figure it out herself, not know that talking was the main key factor here.
She opened a book and began flipping through it quickly. None of these books were helping, yes, Paige was sure that books could teach her. Though it was getting her nowhere; she closed her eyes and imagined dancing. For when she was dancing everything was okay, it was just her and there was no problem, she didn't need to worry about friends, even if she did a duet with someone, it didn't make her friends with her, she made the chemistry work but she wasn't there friend.
Paige drummed her fingers on the table opened her eyes watching a few people walk into the library; she smiled a bit, people watching. Now that was fun, one boy looked like he really needed to fix his hair because she didn't know what it was being half of his head bald. "oh geez" she said a bit louder than she intended. "people here are so strange" she mumbled to herself and flipped a page again, she hadn't read the page but it didn't really matter, it wasn't helping anyway. Watching the kid she laughed a bit more, he was so strange, clearly didn’t look like someone that belonged in a library let alone out in public for that matter. But who was she to judge? She didn’t know him or his story, heck, she didn’t even know his name.
