ARIA AND DAPHNE: after her accident aria's been spending most of her time at her uncle's house so they can make sure she's alright, but occasionally she does spend her nights at the school. as roommates prior to her overdose, i think aria would have been primarily disconnected and if daphne had ever tried to get to know her she would have kept the metaphorical wall up between them. now, she's trying her hardest to start to let people in, but she's not the greatest at it. maybe we could do a thread where she stays the night in the dorm, and they start talking about music? aria likes old music and jazz as well.
NANCY AND DAPHNE: it sounds like they would have an interesting relationship. daphne's reputation for being a mean girl would probably be off putting for nance at first, but she tries hard not to judge before getting to actually know someone. if daphne ever instigated a debate on theory or politics, nance would gain respect for her whether she agrees with her point of views or not. we'll have to stick them together and see what happens!
ABIGALE AND DAPHNE: yes, i can definitely see these two as enemies. both of them come from wealthy families, are intelligent, and are very competitive. in a way they came from the same circumstances! right now, however, abi has been going through some shocking family issues, so she's not as concerned with old rivalries as she used to be. definitely rivals though.
JOEY AND DAPHNE: i like the sound of this! joey can be a very intense person, and he takes relationships very seriously, and if he felt like daphne wasn't as committed as he was it would upset him. however, he isn't the type to try and trap someone if they truly want to leave. he'd want to know why she hardly speaks to him, but he'd wait for her to come and speak to him.
ELLEN AND DAPHNE: ellen appreciates students who have an enthusiasm for learning and have an interest in her subject. i could see her taking the time after class to discuss more challenging topics with daphne and answering whatever questions she may have to the best of her ability.
ELLEN ELIZABETH WATSON: That sounds familiar. I used to be that way. I still am, but I've learned to let go a little.

EMMA GRACE DANVERS (GOODMAN): Alec is too good to me, how did I deserve him. I'm such a perfectionist that I am afraid to screw up

ELLEN ELIZABETH WATSON: Everyone screws up. I've screwed up so many times I can't even keep track, but you just have to pick yourself up and learn to forgive yourself which can be the hardest thing to do

EMMA GRACE DANVERS (GOODMAN): Thank you so much Ellen. I know Alec is there to encourage me, but sometimes I feel he's put me on this great mother pedestal. I'm afraid of screwing up.

ELLEN ELIZABETH WATSON: I wouldn't worry too much Emma. You're very maternal, something I never was, and I managed to do it alone. If you ever need to talk about parenting, I'm always here

EMMA GRACE DANVERS (GOODMAN): I'm just worried about being a good mother. Since my own mother is no longer here to advice me. I just want to do her proud *nervous look*

EMMA GRACE DANVERS (GOODMAN): well I think Alec will be worried when it comes to that age. He'll probably buy a shotgun and ward off any boy who comes a courting.

ELLEN ELIZABETH WATSON: -laughs- you don't have to worry about that for a while. I told Victoria when she was going into sixth grade, but I think it also depends on the child
