FULL NAMEThomas Michael Bradley
BIRTHDAY January 12th
About 6'3 with a toned athletic body type and size 12 shoe. Brown eyes and dark brown hair that almost looks black; always usually parted with longer hair combed to the right if his entire head isn't shaved down. He's a pretty extreme guy so he's either rocking a full Frank Sinatra style of clean shavened face, fitted button downs, skinny ties, and nice straight legged trousers with a vest and dress shoes. Or he'll let his hair grow out some, grown in but trimmed beard, baggy or straight leg jeans completed with either a band or snorg(those shirts that say things like "Honey Badger Don't Care" and Communist Have No Class") tee with a pair of converse sneakers.
He Loves to be in a good mood, reading and learning new things, playing video games, solving puzzles, recording things with his video camera, and meeting interesting people.
With a passion he does not like close-minded people, the dark, being away from his sister, feeling useless and unhelpful, giving up on anything, and negativity.
He is very smart, determined and motivated, a nice guy who is easy to get along with, positive and usually in good spirits, athletic, and energetic.
He has an extremely curious mind about everything, has trouble letting things go and knowing when to give it a rest(give up already), gets taken advantage of(because he's a nice guy), sometimes socially awkward before he gets comfortable, weak for a pretty girl who needs his help, and libraries.
Tom is sometimes mistaken for a shy person; when in reality, yes he is indeed an odd introvert but he is also just picky with who he chooses to be around. Though he enjoys being alone and keeping to himself at times and will spend days M.I.A. He also likes the company of others and someone to speak to and exchange thoughts and ideas with. He's dangerously bright and this also affects how people perceive him. He comes off as socially awkward and a know it all. Sadly, this can't be helped; he is fascinated with gaining information. How infinite the human brain is in its storage capabilities. Even being shared with the infinite abilities of the imagination, the knowledge of the brain and imagination can be combined to create things that were once not even conceivable enough to be thoughts. He's a high energy and excitable person once he warms up to someone. Always moving from one thing to the other; unable to rest his mind. Trying to solve the world's mysteries; including people. His intellect seems to intimidate others occasionally but it's never been very difficult for him to make friends. He enjoys the small things in life that make it worthwhile and never finds anything or anyone unimportant or uninteresting.
Spending the first 9 years of his life in an abusive home and the following 5 in foster care; his older sister is the only family he is willing to acknowledge. Tom and his older sister Rebeka were born into a poverty and abuse ridden home. His father was a loser drunk who couldn't accomplish anything and took out his rage on his wife and two children. They lived in a dirty trailer and at one point were completely homeless when his father went missing for a few months and stayed in shelters. When he was 9 and his was sister was14 they were abandoned by their parents and left stranded. After only 6 months in an orphanage they were separated. Tom being sent from home to home in foster care unable to keep in contact with his sister until one day he was released into her custody the year he turned 14. After that life wasn't perfect but they were together and happy regardless. His sister took care of him while she went to college and he helped however he could. Despite what happened to him during his childhood, Tom was never an angry or rebellious kid. While living with his parents he and his sister didn't really go to school. So once he entered foster care and started on a regular school schedule he was nearly 9 years behind the rest of the children his age and had to go into a special education program to catch up. The teachers didn't have much hope for him to ever get on the same level of the other students. Thinking his past would be a limitation for him, but he was determined to be just as good as everyone else and excelled in all his studies always being the top in his class from then on. This continued through his high school years; he wasn't ever very popular, though he did have a few friends who he enjoyed and knew most of the students through tutoring. He mostly kept to himself and liked to read by himself; books being his first best friend in life. Tom was the quirky nerd who everyone mostly went to for the answers to last night's homework because he would actually give it to you. So instead of Prom King he was Valedictorian and got accepted into Wentworth University. Deciding to go there instead of some place closer is a big step and even bigger deal for him since it has only been 5 years since he's been reunited with his sister and being away from her scares him
(From another site) Today was new, today was a beginning, today was Tom’s official first day as a “native”. He was not actually a native of course; the extent of his knowledge didn’t go pass tourist attractions and local apartment complexes. This was the first day however that he could truthfully say he lived in the beautiful city. That alone was reason enough for his excitement; so many new things to see and life to be had. He had arrived early in the morning and spent the majority of the day with the movers and assisted as they piled his belongings into his new apartment. He considered it a success since nothing had broken, nothing spilled, and no one died…yes a success. Once that was finished he took his first shower in his new place that he just loved calling his new place and dressed himself for an outing. He walked out into the San Francisco sun that was warm on his face in his classic casual rat pack style. Tom was more than a small fan of the legendary group and took a lesson from them when it came to the way he dressed and carried himself. Always trying to be cool and smooth, though he rarely ever succeeds at that. He had a nice combination of nerdy cool going for him, and he did know how to dress the part. With everything practically made for him and tailor-fitted; from his white button down shirt that was tucked into his grey straight legged fitted trousers. The outfit was a sharp-as-a-knife style that Frankie Sinatra himself could be proud of. He completed the look with a skinny grey tie that had white diagonal stripes, a matching grey vest, and polished black dress shoes to top it off. He had left the fedora home, thinking it might be too much. Walking with his hands in his pocket he scouted the streets to see if he could find anything worth taking a look at. He passed a few interesting sights; a park here, coffeehouse there, but nothing that he wanted to stop for. What did he want to find on his first day in a new place? What was the first thing that he could stumble across to make him feel at home and become his safe haven and possible home away from home? That was when he saw the steps of a large and stunning building. It took up a good amount of the block; how could he not have thought about it before? “A library!” he said with new-found enthusiasm. Not just any library either, it was a magnificent beautiful library. “Oh this baby must have full service she's so big!" He ran through the doors and was nearly shocked by the inside; so much detail. Everything had a place and every place had a thing. Strolling up to the counter he tried his best to hide his giddiness. “Ah…hello” he said extending his arm to the woman in a greeting manner "if I may bother you for just a moment. Where would I find the encyclopedias?” The woman looked at him with slight confusion on her face, as if she was asking herself the same question. “Not many requests for that I suppose…I’ll find a map.” He tapped the counter top and spun on his heels too excited to stand still anyway. “Encyclopedias…encyclopedias…where are you…HA!” He was pointing at a sign that read what he was looking for and pointed where he needed to go. Turning the corner and slipping down an aisle he arrived at his destination. “How did she not know this was here; look at this collection!” scanning the books he pulled out an older looking one, “Encyclopedia Britannica: A New Survey of Universal Knowledge Volume 6! Good Lord look at this rare beauty!” He wasn’t speaking or well yelling to anyone in particular but everyone was staring at him now. “This is worth over 17,000 dollars…in U.S currency, wow and it’s just sitting here?” For Tom this was like falling into a goldmine and finding out it had diamonds.
