You'll be coming home with me tonight
The Spot was somewhere that Savanna was well versed in. She had spent much of her high school years here, and now, of course she was spending her adult time here as well. She had always preferred shopping at the local places versus the name brand stores, well sometimes. Scoffing as she fingered through some of the clothes sitting out on a table, she reached her hand up to push her fossil sunglasses back up her head.
Moving on to the next table, Savanna smiled. Shopping was a passion of hers that she rarely got to enjoy -- not because she didn't have the money, but because she didn't have the time. It was a huge stress relief for her, in a sense. With college being done for the semester, she wanted to utilize her time wisely. But, of course, utilizing it well is subjective, right?
After spending about ten minutes looking through the sales going on, Savanna turned her attention to the 'showcase items'. Why were they show case? Simply put, they were designs created by locals in Wentworth, and then one article was made and sold as a 100% original. If it wasn't your size, too bad. But with Savanna being able to toss around money, she could always have it adjusted. The showcase items were completely her cup of tea. She wanted to stop people when she walked in some place, and this was the place and the way to do it.
Her eyes caught on a dress. The color was nice, but the pattern was a little much for her. Sighing, she walked over to it, feeling the fabric and leaning in close to inspect it. Her eyes shot over her shoulder and then back to the item, her lips pursing. Shaking her head, she let out a laugh. Her words, could be heard throughout the store -- she liked that. She was on a first name basis with most of the employee's, so they would know who it was talking before she could even finish the sentence.
"Wow guys! I may have to start shopping at Goodwill if this is the original quality you guys are gonna start putting out! Was the designer of this one blind? I mean....c'mon." Savanna wasn't one to think about her words either. The scoff from across the counter was enough to make her smirk and turn around, but when she went to speak -- she stopped. Ryker. Well, this was interesting enough. "What's wrong Princess? You know the designer? Sorry if I offended her, or you, but c'mon. This is hideous. The color is superb, but that pattern? This isn't the 70's...and that is not a good vintage look to go for." Can you shut it, Sav? Let her talk.
Crossing her arms and looking to the blonde, she tilted her head a bit, medium blonde locks bouncing about. She seemed to be getting more and more agitated. This was going so well, already.
and we'll be burning up like neon lights
